Had a boss time with a spacious junior suite that was well-equipped, including a nice bath and complimentary breakfast to start the day. But the restaurant service could do with a bit of sprucing up, as they missed out on some basics like serving water.

Magnificent location in the nice area, next to restaurant, and Madurai as a tourist. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Iskcon Madurai. Tidy and luxurious room with 2 bathrooms attached and delicious breakfast. A huge variety of facilities such as: an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and climate control.

This brand-new hotel was an excellent place to stay. I liked the room, it was good sized and had climate control, a safe and multi-channel television. The view was nice, the bed was large. Location: the property was close to restaurants as well as the bus stand. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel...

The spacious junior suite offered a comfortable stay.
The reception staff were painfully slow, taking forever to assist. The restaurant service was horrendous. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to place my order. On top of that, the food quality left much to be desired.

I stayed in a Junior Suite, and it was super spacious with comfy furnishings. The bathroom was neat and had good toiletries. I appreciated the mini bar and coffee setup. Although the bed linens could've been cleaner, the overall vibe was pleasant. I really liked the helpful staff, especially Kala at the front desk. The room also had a decent view that added a nice touch to our stay. It was a good spot.
